The purpose of my participation was to understand global research trends in the field of vascular access and to see what differences there are in the level of research and clinical practice between Japan and the rest of the world. Dr. Hideto Yasuda, the Representative Director, invited me to participate with him, and with his great support in terms of language, we were able to share a valuable learning opportunity.
