Blog (NOTE) Announcement 3rd Point of Care Nursing Echo Published!

This time, we would like to announce!
The book “Point-of-Care Nursing Echoes,” written and supervised by JIVCARES members, was released on August 31.
How to use Echo to place and manage peripheral venous catheters is described with pictures. How echo is used for peripheral venous catheter puncture is carefully written. The book also includes plenty of pictures of how blood vessels and needle tips look with echo during catheterization, and how an indwelling catheter looks. The content answers simple questions such as how deep a catheter can be placed without visual or palpatory examination. It also includes a video introduction of a film developed by JIVCARES members together with a company exclusively for echo-assisted catheterization and an AI-based automatic vessel recognition function.
