    Is the port insertion in the upper arm or the endocervical?

    The topic of this paper is whether to insert the port through the upper arm or through the internal neck/subclavian. I personally chose the brachial port at my previous institution for safety reasons, but there were certainly times when the vessel diameter was too small or the meander was stronger than expected, making insertion difficult.
